INDOOR AND OUTDOOR NASAL ALLERGIES
In addition to finding out if you have nasal allergies, it’s helpful to find out
if you have indoor or outdoor nasal allergies. Talk to your doctor first if you
think you may have nasal allergies.
Year-round/indoor allergies
If you sneeze when you clean out closets, or you get congested after playing with
the dog, you may be suffering from year-round/indoor nasal allergies.
Seasonal/outdoor allergies
If you notice your nasal allergies act up when you are outdoors, or during a certain
season, then you have seasonal/outdoor nasal allergies. Outdoor nasal allergies
may strike at different times of the year.
